What’s your refund policy?
A $500 security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the lease.
In addition,
Rent payments are made through 3 partial payments 1/3 each of total rent.
The first is due by signing of the contract, see link below, and the second 2/3 of the time in advance of move-in.
The third and last payment must be paid on the day of move-in.
The deposits are not refundable

What if I cause any damages?
Landlord appreciates if tenant reports any damage immedietely by email or phone.
At the time of move-in and move-out, the property will be inspected. If any damage has been caused by tenant, the cost to repair/replace item will be covered by the deposits
What amenities are included?
TV and Wi-Fi are available in both houses, washer & dryer in the main house. BBQ Grill and 2 bicycles are also provided.
